British automaker, Land Rover will present their compact luxury crossover named 2017 Range Rover Evoque. Its first debut was launched in 2011 and its original model is still under the production but for 2016 model year, the company offers the refreshments with the mid-cycle makeover. The refreshed model will be done with several improvements including visual and technical design. It is better to not expect any changes in few years ahead. Latest reports mentioned that there will be new variant for 2017 Range Rover Evoque with the longer wheelbase.

As we told you at the very first beginning that there will be special trim to offer with the longer wheelbase which is called Evoque Plus. This variant is still unknown and its visual appearance is expected to go with the same design as the standard model. 2017 Range Rover Evoque for all changes will be supported with the mid-cycle makeover. The performance for this longer version will be supported with the adjustable suspension so that the off-road capability could be improved. Speaking about the cabin, it is coming out with the more spacious cabin compared to the standard model.

About its mechanical details, 2017 Range Rover Evoque is featured with the same engine design as the 2016 model year. In a short saying, the engine installed for this car will be the new turbodiesel engine and 2.0 liter and there will be two variants for this unit. The first variant is capable to produce the amount of output for around 148 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque with the support of six-speed transmission while the second variant will be designed with nine-speed auto transmission to deliver the amount of output about 273 horsepower for 2017 Range Rover Evoque. The second variant has the fuel economy about 37 mpg while the first has 68 mpg on combined drive.
